1. Nope. I'm from 'the side' who was ambivalent enough not to vote in the referendum, but thinks no deal stems from a batsh*t delusion that you can step out of the globalised world, and is now just resigned to watching our country crash and burn. 2. Nope. I read all of the posters on here in all of their tediousness. I've never no platformed anyone, I've never told someone they can't speak, but I recognise that some people have loud voices and little to say, while others have quiet voices with a lot to say. A good society amplifies the latter. 3. That one you can have. But don't you worry why for 50 years, the rich have been able to pay less and less tax, while the security given to the poor has been eradicated in tandem? That inequality has been allowed to rise with almost no pushback, and that while successive governments have been willing to tackle, say, immigration, climate change, even racism to a degree, none of them have done anything to stop the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer? Isn't it valid to ask why? Why are disabled people not given the money to live with dignity? Why are refuges for victims of domestic abuse being closed? Why are children entering a world with less opportunities than their parents, all while billionaires make money off our work and pay nothing back? Well blowing your vote isnt a good idea . Unless you are under 18 years old. Do you vote in any elections or just have an opinion.

Sort of enjoying the left wing news programmes these days. On channel 4 John Snow tried to silence the guy from ‘Black voices for Trump’, and then an articulate black guy from London (no When all this has simmered down the claims have to be reasonable, realistic, fair, and not blaming people because all it does is just put people off listening to it.

Just because you are a woman or black or gay or fat or ugly doesn't give you a pass on having to work hard to get qualifications or job skills or just better yourself.
Precisely that, loads of people have a tough time trying to make their way in life and no one is saying if your born white you automatically have a good life, equally if your born to one of the minorities of this country you automatically have a bad life. For example, Rishi Sunak's kids are unlikely to have the typical Asian British experience growing up in that they were fortunate enough to be born to a billionairess mother, they are obviously going to have a seemingly easier way in life than many in here. Equally there will be white kids being born on terrible estates that will have a really tough time. My pain is where people are trying to write posts as if to suggest that being white is some kind of persecuted trait.

And my pain is around this notion that Whites have to share a collective sense of guilt. If you want to feel guilty or privileged because of your skin tone then crack on but don't try to them impose that on the rest of us. Keep your bitching and whining to yourselves. With perhaps the most ironic, in a f***ed up way, is that this entire s*** show has convinced me that my biggest enemies are other whites. Progressive w***ers. Sick to death of the constant and never-ending virtue signalling going on all around us at the moment. Like this had to be all about them. Narsacistic prats.

No one in particular, just general thanks that it turned out the way it did. It's like being proud to be from England, it's nothing to be proud of because it happened by total luck, why be proud of something you had no hand in impacting, but I'm still proud of it. 'General thanks'....but to no one in particular? Na sorry, that's just waffle. As for not being proud of my genes because of happenstance. What's the point of that? Firstly, how do you know for certain that it's random as the universe is probably deterministic. Secondly, you're selling nihilism and who cares whether something is or isn't random. Why should I care about that anyway, it's unknowable...the only thing nature tells me to do is to reproduce my genes.....why am I suppose to ignore that? Because of happenstance?....bah. The fact is that I am these genes, I am the embodiment of them. These genes have a history and a desire to live on.....which I have been fortunate enough to enable. That is my only purpose. All the other stuff is centred around doing my bit towards bettering the future environment for genes like mine so that they have the highest chance of success.....that's where group loyalties and so on come in. There is a point to it. Beyond that, who cares.....We go back to atoms. Edited by Stirlingsays (02 Jun 2020 9.37pm)

I can see the viewpoint. However, I would have thought it is no longer the case. Highest chance of cancer and heart attack, no real national screening programs, high chance of being assaulted or worse, high chance of being divorced and certainly losing much, high chance of working until death for poor money and barely any benefits, lowest income supports from welfare. The benefits aren't there anymore, not like I can just beat my wife and kids till they obey, which seems to be the narrative of past behaviour that I never really witnessed. I can't rape and pillage anymore either, so all my hobbies have gone - according to the wonderful academics we have. Even my penchant to conquer and enslave is out of touch. This is what I mean by victim complex, no one is asking you to apologise for those things, you perceive it that way because you spend time reading the posts of like minded people on this forum who also think that way. People on this forum seem to hunt out sources of information that they perceive to back up their viewpoints and give a skewered view on how things really are. I had a friend a few years ago that exclusively read sources of information about police brutality and as a result thought the scale of it was so much greater than the reality. I think that is the case with many posters on this site, there is a perception that your way of life is under attack because the media many of you consume tells you (based off many of the youtube videos I have seen posted here anyway). I remember a thread that had hundreds of posts about a transgender person and people getting enraged by it, the article that was posted came from Pink News... What do you expect to find if you visit a gay news website? The vast majority of people just want to be able to get on with their life, earn a wage and make sure they can raise a family in relative comfort. The people out protesting at the moment obviously feel they can't do that given the level the police disproportionately kill unarmed black people in the US.

Not a wind up, but what are the statistics to support this. Genuinely interested to see as I have seen differing accounts which I am guessing is down to political persuasion of the poster/publisher etc,
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

If they weren't disproportionately doing the crimes then they wouldn't be disproportionately in body bags. Whites are killed at a slightly higher rate than blacks, but blacks commit far more crimes. Them the breaks. Edited by Stirlingsays (02 Jun 2020 9.46pm)

Both Brexit and Trump were opposed by the corporate interests you claim to be so opposed to. The ones led by the same Billionares who are plastering 'Black Lives Matter' over any and everything that might enable them to make a few more quid. The ones who pay the likes of Clinton and Obama half a million a pop to give 20 minutes speeches. Have you ever sat down for a single minute and wondered why people voted for Brexit? Or for Trump? As opposed to what? Even less say over their lives or Hillary Clinton? T I suspect we agree on perhaps more than either would be willing to accept but the truth is that the Left sold themselves out ages ago. Only defined by what they are against as opposed to what they are for. And willing to sell the White Working-class out because they get a buzz from it. Addicts to feeling so damm good and self-righteous. There are people being left in comas for the crime of trying to defend their business and you know what the Left are doing? Funding the bail money for the people doing the looting. Nah. This bulls*** has to be called out. Did that bloke deserve to have that cop kneel on his neck like that? No. But that cop is now facing a murder charge. The system is working. That is how this is meant to go down. Plenty of non-white cops and soldiers out there, along with business owners of all hues, laying the life on the line and the Left are cheering on those who want to kill them and steal their livelihoods. This is not about skin colour now but values.

Out of interest, by the same token, are you suggesting people born black, brown or otherwise should curse their luck? Seems a tad racist Here is was being told it was the lefties using that word to shut down debate... That's obviously not what I am saying, all I am trying to highlight is statistically your likely to be better off being born with certain traits vs others, for a whole myriad of factors. That doesn't mean if you are those things there is a guarantee you won't have a s*** life and vice versa.
