I wish we ditched this target man mentality.. it feels like Pulis started the trend. All our previous strikers pre Pulis at least had that eye for goal.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |

Think he's mentally weak. He has the frame and physique to bully defences, but never does. Is a confidence player that plays like sh*t when things aren't going great. His appalling record with penalties also points to this. A great header of the ball, and decent target man, but beyond that think he's overrpriced and overrated. For what he gives us on the pitch i'm certain that with a proper scouting network and graft on the training ground, we could have got someone out of the Football League at a fraction of the price and wages, who would do the same. All in all a very disappointing player.
