SP looks really poorly.

Has anybody else noticed?

He is really, really skinny and stiff. When I saw him the other day on the Zaha interview I thought he looked terrible and that he needed a good dinner, a weeks sleep and a shed load of medication.

I thought he had a wager with David Coulthard and Eddie Irvine over who could wear the slimmest trousers.

15inch waist does seem a bit OTT

I disengage, I turn the page.

Both points are facts. And where have I moaned? Think you need to learn to read.

The club does try to save on wages by leaving deals to the last minute WHICH IS FINE although we often miss out on targets.
And I take it you think having the 6th highest wage bill in England and inside the top 20 in the WORLD is sustainable for a club that isn't even the 4th biggest club in its own city? Brain dead.

6th highest wow that puts us above Everton..

I'd hope we can get three or four off the books including puncheon and mutch to get us into a healthier state in that case.

Only one is a fact, supposedly. Leaving deals to the last minute to save on wages is an assumption by you, it has never been proved. There are many elements to a transfer and if they don't become viable because of agents, clubs and players demand, then the buying club pulls out, simple.
Whether our current wage bill is sustainable is something, I am sure the board has considered, they don't seem to have done much wrong in the past.
Why do you think they are increasing the capacity of the ground?

Did anyone see Parish at the game yesterday? I read some gossip on the Twitter that he was spotted in New York on Friday with his 'friend' Susanna Reid. I know they have been friends for a while but i suppose if they have hooked up it would garner quite a bit of media attention and speculation. Having said that there is always a lot of bollocks on Twitter.

Parish is the kind of bloke who has a whole load of luck and then convinces himself that it is all his great decision making.
Every season so far we have stayed up because good managers were available to save us from certain relegation despite poor signings and no signings.

The last two windows have indicated exactly how ambitious this club is and it is inevitable that we will be relegated sooner or later as a result.
Who will save us this season if Wilf gets injured for a long spell or Sakho or Tompkins for that matter?

Sorloth, Jach and the like are just not good enough signings at this level. Benteke has been a huge disappointment whose huge loss of form would have been hard to predict it's true but we had the Summer to find an alternative but decided to with some cheap options.

Maybe big Sam will be coming back through the door in January because as good as Roy is, when the team aren't good enough, predictably, many fans blame the manager and somehow manage to forget our transfer dealings.

Perhaps it's an age thing, as they're not that far apart in years?

They went to see Hamilton on the Wednesday & then they were apparently spotted together on Broadway in New York on the Friday. Reid was definitely there on Friday because she posted some pics on social media. If its true perhaps it was just a short trip dirty weekend thing because she is back on TV tomorrow. What a life Parish must lead, good luck to him.

It's not possible to be in New York on Friday night and back in London on Saturday afternoon, and Parish was at the Southampton game.
