Forget the muslim extremists we have the old dears and codgers, mums and a few lairy types within Unite Against Fascism to worry about.

The Far Right with their xenophobia and hate do not like them, do they?

Wonder which side our WW2 soldiers would have been on given the choice?

When Palace were at home to Utd earlier this season you were on here talking about Uganda.

Sums you up.

But hey, stay positive, one day you'll move out of your mums house and kiss a girl, you really will.

Young Poster of the Year Award in the bag I reckon for you B & W.

I stand corrected. You'll never kiss a girl.

HAHAHAH come on Kerm that was quite funny

I never kiss, it costs extra.

Maybe the rise of Nationalist parties in much of Europe, and far-right openly National Socialist parties in Eastern Europe, Austria and Germany is the new Nazi?

I went to a Terry Eagleton (he is a marxist academic, historian, literary critic and social commentator) paper a couple of years ago where he suggested that Islam and the 'War on Teror' can perhaps be equated to the new 'cold war'.
To wrongly sum up his argument, he theorised that the 'West' needed an enemy to continue the capitalist, industrial complex, high defence spending and monitoring of its people that the 'Western' governments and companies required to continue with their hegemony over the rest of the world.
In looking for a new scare after the fall of the USSR the agents of government needed to look no further than the East again. This time in the guise of the muslims, who even more luckily for the west, also had rich pickings of natural resources to steal at the same time, whilst lacking the ability to defend themselves against the mighty USA.
I thought the lefties on here might like this. To an extent I agree but as I don't like Terry Eagleton at all then I am largely ambivalent. Admittedly, he does have rather a catchy name for an academic but I can't quite put my finger on why.

I'm not sure if you're referring to an ex Coventry keeper or posted here instead if the Mary Jane thread.

I'm not sure where the charge of stirring up 'racial hatred' comes from.

Someone was engaging in illiterate investigative journalism and was found out.....That's pretty much it.

Yes, I think the whole muslim extremism has got waaaaaay out of hand now! It's got to the point now where this country isn't able to do anything about it, and that to me is really scary!

Boom

If you have people posing as extremists, they will incite racial hatred. How many other similar pieces of 'investigative' journalism have there been, stoking hatred?
Seems attacks on muslims(particularly women) has increased a lot lately. Posting s***e like the journo wrote will only exacerbate the problem.

How does it 'stroke racial hatred'?

So investigating Islamic forums isn't allowed?

If there is no story to be found then there is no story. If there is a story then the Mail can publish and if their report is found to contain serious lies then I'm sure the Muslim council are well within their rights to take them to court....And if they had a case I'd support them.

However no group should be 'off limits' to investigation, especially a group that conservative estimates have said has 500 young men fighting aboard for an anti democratic extremist group.

Racial Hatred? I see no claim by anyone that picks on all Muslims.

This is just a ham fisted hack who's been found out.
