I suspect anyone thats worked for or with the civil service and has the slightest bit of talent will quietly respect Mrs Patel more for bullying that lazy bunch of workshy bureaucrats.

Indentured servitude isn't uncommon in India. There needs to be wholesale changes in the type of person who works in civil service. It won't happen though.

What I care about are results.....and all I'm seeing is the same old same old. Lots of waffle, no action. Indeed, she seems more interested in working with less white people and giving the 'windrush survivors' tons of money for Britain having considered immigrants as foreigners. The state are happy to demonise communities which they feel safe from but they are willing to bend over backwards to those they don't. Desperately sad state of affairs. How the left have turned a blind eye to this is appalling. You even see it on this site, left wing posters conspicuous by their silence. What kind of society do we inhabit when our daughters aren’t protected from rapists.
