A bit of a curve ball, but when one reads what MG has to say about the way he lives his life as a committed Christian and as the son of a church minister, I believe there is no way on Earth he would ever "refuse to play" or otherwise fail to honour his contract. So that possibility can, in my opinion, be discounted. Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Am i in a minority here when i say sell both MG and JA when (if) the next bid comes in , both for a very healthy profit and get in Lacroix . We have Richards Lerma Ward dont laugh Holding as cover . Like Howe has stated, he now has a team that only a small percent of players are guaranteed to improve. Guehi is one of them, if they want him then they pay the market price which is 60 minimum.

Guehi could have killed the speculation stone dead in his interview by stating unequivocally, ‘I’m staying.’

He chose not to do so.

He said he’s happy at Palace and that it’s a good place to be and he’s concentrating on the game at the weekend.

In my view he will be gone by the close of this transfer window.
