Lot of talk last night that a bid had been accepted in the region of £53m

If you're good enough, you're old enough. I think the lad is mustard, good luck to him. Hopefully we can get market value and then invest in the youth setup, produce some more talent.

If rumours of £53m rising to £60m are true then to be fair that’s a good return on AWB! Sad to see him go but it’s a good deal that!

If the gossip has legs & we're close to letting him go you know we'll get shafted on whoever we go in for, Norwich will more than likely add another 20% to the price of their lad if that's who we go for

I’m unsure which of the following you think:- We’re Barcelona My gut feeling is you think the former due to kit colour confusion. Basically everybody else thinks this deal is sensible but you which is telling. Do I want to keep AWB? Yes. But I also want to sign Messi and Ronaldo and that isn’t happening either. Here in the real world we need to sell players from time to time and this is a cracking deal for a right back

Aaron Wan Bissaka is a one off and will get much much better. I would expect Steve Parish and the board to understand that to sell him now would be throwing away millions.......he is only 21 and will be hugely improved after another season, he will attract more media praise and attention and he will be an established premier league player; his value will skyrocket. It would be foolish to sell him for £60 or £65 million now. Also, I want to watch him play for Palace and not Man Utd!

The idea that money will make up for seeing him in a United shirt and playing against us next season makes me puke. Some of our fans should just stick to playing Football Manager instead.

There's reports in today's press that AWB is trying to force the move to Man utd. If that's true then let him go,no point keeping an unhappy player.

I agree with this but because of the accounts and spreadsheets that would mean selling Wilf instead, and then we get onto because of overspending because of poor or scouting or planning. I think we also have to sell Wilf at some stage because no sale whenever is a lot of money for a club our size not to be able to spend before he’s well on the slide anyway.

We should definitely look to take a player as part of the deal. Dalot or Fosu-Mensah would be fine for us. It would then mean we don't get held to ransom when trying to buy a replacement. £50 mil plus one of these would be great business.
