Yes, ... it was a major cock up and yes, we're in an utter mess. A quarter of the season will have passed before we're realistically in a position to get any points. I really can't see CPFC throwing £40 million at a lost cause in January.

Nope we'll chuck it at yet another mercenary manager as Roy will be out on his ear. Parish won't simply let us sink without a last ditch rescue attempt

I was even tempted to punch him. How crazy is that ?

Wish I had now

To be fair I can kinda understand buying those kind of shirts. I've got a wicked LA Galaxy David Beckham shirt in my draw, and a Brazil one.

Saying that, I've seen lads at Selhurst Park wearing a Barca or Dortmund shirt, which I think is a step too far and just weird.

What a complete and utter joke,Mr Parish.
No points,no goals and no striker, now Benteke is apparently injured.

As recently said, if it's all the fault of Steve Parish for the second half display, then you must think he's the reason we done well in the first half!

Or just maybe it's the players, management, SP and the rest of the board, fault that we couldn't draw or beat one of the best teams (currently) in Europe.

The only positives we can take from the first half are that Roy picked the right starting xi and we played with a bit of spirit. We missed two chances to score before City upped their game (up to their normal level) and steam rollered us. Missing two chances to score is not "doing well" in my book. You might say "at least we got the chances" but they are no good if we do nothing with them. Maybe if we had another striker that could score or even one sitting on the bench putting pressure on Benteke, maybe it would have been different. Some of the blame at least must be laid at Parish's door. But we are doing better in comparison, so hopefully onwards and upwards.

Took a brilliant bit of play from Sane to break the deadlock. We are playing some nice stuff at times ourselves.

Got lucky , if it had not hit Dann on the head it was straight through to Wayne.
