Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky. |

Wasn't impressed with Ledley and Hennessy. Shouldn't renew their deals.

Hennessey shelled about three balls across the area in the last few minutes of Wales' match there. Edited by chateauferret (24 Mar 2017 10.12pm)

Looked quite dodgy at times, lucky to get away with a late "spill"

He looked nervous and made me nervous against Rep of Ireland earlier. Indecisive and had no real rapport with defenders. As posted above his fumbling in the final fwe minutes left Wales lucky to get a 0-0. Desperately hope he improves against Chelsea away or we will be well stuffed.

Lost it again near the end of Ireland-Wales last night. Did not dominate and spilled the ball during a late Irish attack. Defenders nearby hoofed it clear - they must have known they needed to be on hand! Edited by peterg (25 Mar 2017 1.40pm)

Edited by peterg (25 Mar 2017 1.40pm) What I remember about Seaman is that he was a very good keeper but had one glaring weakness. The amount of times he conceded goals (big goals) by being lobbed due to poor positioning. Then of course the Koeman free kick Even by a rock star [Link] Keepers, make mistakes all the time, not all keepers are under the same scrutiny

Got in over a much better keeper, our own Nigel Martyn.
