2 things to say 1. Bush just wants to fin what his dad started 2. BUT in his defence you cant leave iraq to build weapons of mass destruction otherwise you may have another sep 11th War is a bad idea though AND most of the blondes in the poll were probably natural brunettes etc natural blondes rule

Perhaps we should forget about Iraq and concentrate on getting America to disarm. After all, they're the country who've done more to threaten world peace than any other nation on Earth. Since the end of WW2 they've bombed 21 different countries. 21! And they have the cheek to accuse Iraq of threatening world peace. I'll say one good thing for Chirac and Schroder; at least they haven't jumped into bed with Bush like Tony Blair. The rest of the world needs to start actually putting some pressure on the USA to prevent war. Whatever Bush may think, if the rest of the world boycotted US goods and services, America would have a tough time surviving. And if Britain follow the Yanks into war, I would wholeheartedly back any countries who would like to boycott Britain.

I too will be missing Palace vs Ipswich to go on the Anti-war demo. So I know it is hard, but I would encourage anyone who feels strongly to come on the march and STOP THE WAR. We can do it.

I think that Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa put it very well: "There should be no outer limit for peace. War is a very serious and dangerous proposition, you have to avoid it by all means up until it is the only necessity and one the whole world community decides." I don't think there are too many on here from the South West, but as I mentioned in another thread - If there are any people in the Bath area who won't be heading up to the Leicester game, there is a 'Stop the War' march on 1st February starting in the Abbey churchyard at 2p.m..
Hard work pays off in the future, laziness pays off now. |

The war hasn't gone away but we've stopped talking 'bout it. Why-it still matters.

How did this make Gold Talk? I'm ashamed to have my name on it! Still, I was young then. Still devastatingly handsome - just a bit younger.
You fed me, you bred me, I'll remember your name. |
