But you believe it, yet you don't understand what you believe ad how it was possible.

Quote redacted but infinite progression is completely logical. and the common law is always that if a is white, then b is black (i forget the name for this concept and I've described it badly!). basically, despite the dichotomy, the same laws apply to each theory.off the top of my head - could be full of flaws!

I'm torn. I believe the world was created but I'm not sure quite how, and the "big bang" theory doesn't do it for me. Using my knowledge of geology, I am certain the land was all one big mass at one stage. Using the Evolution theory, I believe man may have altered over the years. Using the creation theory, if the planet was as such as some scientists believe then something would have needed to happen for Man, and all the other living creatures of their many forms to exist. Man may have evolved from some kind of primate, but creatures like sharks are themselves prehistoric, as I believe are whales and most lizard-like reptiles (including crocs/gators). If it were possible, I would love to see the different states of the planet through the ages (such as the Ice age etc).

If God ever wanted to prove to me that he/she existed and came to earth I'd ask him a few questions:
2. Were physics different when Noah built the ark? How did he get all the earth's creatures from all over the planet on that boat when it was about 450ft long??!! 3. Why is there war? How does it agree with "Thou Shalt Not Kill"? 4. Didn't you order Moses to do a lot of killing? Why did you do this if it violates one of 'your' commandments? Why did he wipe out entire cities, kill all the men and rape the women and children? 5. If an atheist lives a decent, moral life, why should a loving, compassionate god care whether or not we believe in him/her?
It was my dream to play for Palace and to make my debut. I've always played for the club so if I'm playing here, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. - John Bostock (Nov 2007) |

Quote redacted Can I not just believe he is just there (romantic element)? I am not a scientist and do not feel the need to justify everything. If you want to, but but having no justifications to your beliefs is quite poor. I get the feeling you just believe what you are told.
