Suspect they will try to blame the Russians. Interestingly no mention of the 'Yellow Jackets'. They have form for targeting transport infrastructure (France has a staggering amount of speeding cameras destroyed) but not sure if sabotaging rail networks is part of their MO.

It could be the Russians but France seem rather busy at electing lots of politicians much more against Nato than Le Penn they just happen to be from the left so it's difficult to see what Russia gains. That said, I have little doubt that Russia will be attacking European infrastructure and funding terrorism now. The most intelligent thing would be accessing Russia's energy for cheaper than the US's and having mutual interests, but that's seemingly gone bye bye. Personally I regard European leadership, excepting Orban, over this war to have been insane and nothing but a massive future cost with no gain. But there have only been a few of us willing to speak out about it.

Vlad Putin on the attack ? well. First the Russians would need to find people, living in Western Europe, who hate the government that reigns over them. That should be fairly easy. Either homegrown-angry or newly arrived angry. France, Ireland, Greece etc. When the riots happened in Dublin, there were buses & Tramlink type vehicles torched. So the yellow vest attacks are already being copied.
