it is now confirmed that the Stabber was an Afghan Asylum seeker.
"oh well, some of those stabby Afghans will need a load more ( peaceful ) Afghans to live in the West. Here in order to subdue stabbers and get them to calm down. The poor little sausage was probably lonely. Lets import his whole family to stop him stabbing people.

As was said, woke perception probably killed or nearly killed this Policeman.
