Listening to a few commentators over the last day or so, now that they are free to comment further, it seems clear that she broke the rules and gained from it as well.

Apparently at the same meeting she said ‘f*** the royal family’ and shared her admiration for sharia law while proclaiming ‘Allahu Akbar!’ Vile.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

They could just change the name to Palestein and then wait for the Americans to pull a hamstring throwing money at it.

I'm not sure how you can say it's clear see broke the rules as i have explained the rules in a previous reply and also explained how costs incurred are used to offset any potential gain. I'm not sure why the police would even be involved - if they can't be bothered to come out to a burglary why would they get involved with this, it seems a pure HMRC issue. For comparison Nadhim Zahawi deliberately tried to hide a share gain and ended up paying HMRC a £5m fee (the capital gains due and a fine). During this time he denied he was being investigated, was promoted to chancellor of the Exchequer (the 2nd highest govt position), and got his lawyer to send threatening letters to journalists who questioned his statement. Did the police get involved? Of course not. Rayners potential gain (c£1.5k) was 3,000 times less than this amount yet seems to have got considerably more coverage.
