Juventus are ready to compete with Premier League clubs for Michael Olise by offering a player in part-exchange They could allow Argentina forward Mathias Soule to move the other way’ This would be a good deal

If someone did offer £50m for Olise I’d be inclined to take it. Fabulous player- but maybe just not suited to us. He’s asked to do a lot of off the ball running in this side and it may be his body isn’t built for it and the training regime that comes with that. In a bigger side he might be able to focus on going forward with less onus on his drilled defensive side.

Last summer it was said to be 35m so well done to the club in not only getting 50-60m a year later but also you could say without olise we would have faced certain relegation this season. So great business. Wonderful player that I’d love to see stay one more year but seems we will need to sell an asset or two to take the club forward and allow Glasner to configure his team Edited by Fanofzhiyi (22 Feb 2024 9.46am)

The touchline and technical area will feel so empty: [Link] I suppose he very much was part of 'Team Hodgson'. All the best Ray and thank you.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

They are without doubt highly talented, but that's a fat lot of use if they're injured most of the time. A player's availability is certainly a consideration when working out how valuable he is. Granted, great things happen when they do, but how many games this season have both started?

If they move to a top 6 club that may not be an issue. Those clubs have good enough squads to rotate, unlike Palace who flog em to death and then wonder why they get injured.

So do we keep Ward for another season? I would sell Eduoard and cash in on Olise or Eze to finance our transfer budget, Get in a decent backup striker
