Yup 4 point deduction, it was 6 points but was reduced to 4 because Forest co-operated with the inquiry. However the report says that Forest will appeal which doesn't make sense surely the commission should have said 4 points if you accept the verdict and 6 points if you appeal and fail. It seems to me they are rewarding Forest before the club has agreed to accept the verdict.

For sure there needs to be some fine tuning of the guidelines, its not realistic to have a situation where at every profit & sustainability hearing / decision the immediate "go to" move is to appeal in the hope of getting a better outcome without any jeopardy. Originally posted by Badger11
