I had several flight delays, there was no customer service at all. There was a chat box that I told to f*** off about 20 times. No vouchers, no refunds, they do not live up to any airline standards whatsoever. Without absolute scum like Michael O'Leary the world would be a much better place.
It's hilarious how backwards airline travel is in Ireland. There are no trains to any airport. For certain, relatively normal destinations, there is no choice except to use Ryanair - in which case I just won't go.

20 years ago whilst working in Eire I was told that Dublin was the only capital in Western Europe that did not have a train service to the airport.

I take it they still haven't managed that despite all that lovely EU money.

too many politicians making profits from all the alternative transport gigs. The airport 'taxes' taxis......and it is lucrative to behold.

There was a profitable private bus service from one neighbourhood to the airport....frequent collection, cheap and profitable....and it miraculously got shut down, and the other, official, bus service magically 'took over'. Then they sweated the asset and reduced the service down to one overcrowded bus every few hours. ...and expensive.

did they not direct you to the one in China who repeatedly asks why you've called and repeats it again after you've given them an answer they didn't understand

I always find it ironic that some of the worst example of customer service comes from companies involved in the communications business.

I was once imbibing some tinctures in a Public House which provides accommodation.
A rather charming gentleman who was resident came to the bar as he required the 'Wifi password'.
In polite fashion he politely asked a chap who happened to be 'Mine Host', "Do you have the Wifi password please ?"
The gruff reply was "Do I F..k", before he turned his back and walked away.
Appalling customer service.

i heard a story of a Bar in Spain that routinely ripped-off the English tourists. A Nigel went in one day and robbed 7 ball-cocks from their toilet-cisterns. He did so deliberately at the start of a bank-holiday weekend when all the builders providers were closed - and the number of customers would be heaving.

It costs nothing to be polite. Rudeness is a pretty dumb strategy.

That's an unusual Wi-fi password.
