Even if new signings are made it’s still Roy at the helm so it will be;

Henderson
Clyne - unless Ward is fit, if he will play and be Captain
Andersen
Guehi
Mitchell
Richards
Lerma
Eze
Schlupp
Ayew
Mateta

Will be a nervy 2-1 win with them scoring first - Roy will feel vindicated..!!

We may see any new signings starting in March - once Roy’s happy they’ve settled in..!!

COYP

In March of which year!!

Would like to put Johnstone in goal and leave Schlupp out of the starting 11. Sheff Utd has scored twice in two last games and they will go for it from the start, knowing an early goal will unsettle our team (and the crowd) even more. The Blades work hard, some big guys and never seems to run out of steam. A decider for Roy - losing and he ought to be out.

It is going to be a great evening - 3 points or Roy sacked. Happy days for Palace fans either way.

Having watched the Blades' spirited performance against West Ham last Sunday, I am more than a little nervous about this match ... but I am ever hopeful, nevertheless.

With 1 win in 12, hardly scoring and our best player out injured, do you feel very optimistic with Roy H. at the helm? Me? Just realistic....

Anything as long as it's not 4-3-3, which has never worked.

Play Edouard and Mateta up front. Why not? They've rarely been given the chance and it can't be worse than what has been served up recently.

It'll be a draw.

Interesting selection.

Olise back in from the start, plus Eze, so the two individual parts of the teams goldenballs are present and, hopefully, correct.

Interesting to see Richards at right back ahead of Cylne. Plenty on here feel that move is overdue. I'm not sure Richards gives us as much in that position as the usual veterans, but if he can nail down the spot it would at least calm the nerves of those concerned about the age of the current incumbents!

Mateta holding his spot. He must have won a competition or something.
