It is within the realms of possibility that a banner will be displayed at the Holmesdale tomorrow night.

I think so.

Although my muttering under my breath is hardly going to change the world I have already allocated time over the past few days to steady my nerve and not get involved with antics to any extent, even if I am furious. I may shake my head in disapproval at the final whistle but that's it.

As we witnessed at the Hawthorns yesterday, I hope nobody uses the discontent as an excuse for embarrassing and unacceptable behaviour.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Very restrained indeed.

I am far more vociferous in my condemnation, nostril flaring, at my splentic worst.
Someone once said to me at half-time that my face was shouting "Misery !, Misery !"
Very often, on my face falls an expression of disgust, my mouth forming a downward crescent.

Think Sheffield will see us as an easy opportunity to secure three vital points, wanting the win more.
Brighton and Chelsea up next and inevitable defeats followed by a further potential loss to a resurgent Luton will surely result in Roy's removal,if not sooner.

I really hope not.

Everyone attending needs to get behind the players tomorrow night.

Protests can wait.

Actually happy with a point!

If we’re 0-2 down going into the second half, then I’d definitely respect the point if we can come back and probably walk away quite happy. BUT going into this game, it’s got to be a must win.

I understand the emotional aspect of securing a draw in such circumstances, but failing to win at home against a team bottom of the table,on the back of poor home results, will ensure that the animus towards the Board and Mr Hodgson will continue and might increase.

Of course you’re right Willo, but even a good win will not stop all that happening from some.

Like most on here I see this game as a must win. Unfortunately, I don't see us winning. In fact, I see Wilder's United bullying us and probably beating us - so 1-2 is my prediction.

PS. I haven't got many predictions right this season.

I could write exactly the same thing.

My predictions aren't based off logic anymore they'll usually just reflect my preparation for the worst, as that's what we've been provided for a while now.

Since September - Palace have 6 points from 7 home league games, Sheffield 4 points from 7 away games (1 from 2 under Wilder). Heady stuff.

For me it needs a win but a well fought out 1-1 would be ok.

Have we signed anyone yet??

Almost as important are any players ready to come back yet, apparently Michael Olise may be returning and if so will he come off the bench. A bit more positive now.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

Olise is available again according to Roy. Don’t think he will start but a massive boost for tomorrow
