Tidy, had to cover Thommo but linked with Jairo very well

Cheers for the feedback. I really like what I've seen of him. Feels more about him staying injury free as opposed to his ability.

I can never understand why fans think he's a sick note, he has had 1(one) injury since he's been at Palace. Happy to provide feedback as & when i can

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

A rubbish 2nd half with all the subs, BUT, against a perennial ECL side not a bad result. Stand outs from the 2nd half imo, Ozoh, i think he's overtaken Tayo & could possibly TM's replacement or at very least be the competition Tyrick needs.

In this match Hughes was a liability, John-Kimanyi Gordon is a not too bad a player, not sure about 1st team tho. Edouard, dear god, WHY? Apart from his lucky flick for the goal, that was it, he disappeared, he is useless, i cant remember him even getting into the oppo's box(or ours for defending), i'd rather start with JRS than him.

Apart from that not too much to report from the 2nd half really. Creepy on Weds, lets see what transpires from that game, then we got the 'cloggers' on Sat(that'll be fun). Have a great w/e HOLers.

Ozoh plays midfield not left back, when TM went off Jairo went to LB

You well could be right, seems click-bait is ramping up about him . . . [Link]

Just for the record, Palace have decided to award our 2nd goal to Mateta instead of Ahamada. Why? i have no idea. As for Andyo629 yes that did happen BUT Ozoh played more LB than midfield, allowing Jairo to play in front of the back 4 . . . ok?

Thought Mateta was better than Eddy in a very low bar competition.
He tried and worked hard but just not convinced JRS will get up to Premier League standard. Ahamada and Ozoh positives for me.

Hope not. Our chances of selling Mateta will be significantly reduced if potential buyers watch him play.

Not a sick note but did manage to pick up a few injuries despite not playing much. Had a couple of hamstring injuries before us at Hoffenheim which meant he missed quite a few games. I remember that was one of the reasons mooted that we got him for a decent price. Picked up an injury with us that ruled him out for a while for us and contention for a world cup spot. Then after playing really well for us in a couple of games picked up a slight knock. Then I think when Roy came in he was injured in training and wasn't available for a couple of games.

Not major injuries but probably enough to stop him building any momentum to seriously put pressure on the starting CBs. Hopefully next season he can.
