Cucking doesn't post as much these days. In general, it goes without saying anyway.

Yes, what a bizarre thing to say:

The correct outcome is all I am interested in and the Unanimous or Majority verdict system of trial by jury is the tried and tested bedrock of this.

wood

I think the jurors must be in a plush hotel with food and drink laid on. No wonder they're not in a hurry to conclude.

Seriously, the outcome is going to have to be pulled from the jurors. If no decision can be made, is the Judge still able to preside ? or would it all go to re-trial. ? It's like trying to watch a discussion on the Politics forum where everyone comes to the table with an entrenched position, and no-one is budging.

How many babies did she allegedly kill and how is it so hard to find the evidence.

She is accused of killing 7 babies. Don't they have Google where you live?

Nobody knows how many babies she could have affected

Because she was a 12 years experienced nurse and likely had a mental health problem effectively making her a sociopath it would seem she would know how to do what she wanted without leaving evidence

Its easy to see how serious mistakes have been, and still are,in the case of Andrew Malkinson last week served 20 years for basic blunders of assumption, being made without any real evidence, a flawed direction to the jury and withheld evidence.

The jury, now minus 2, have served their prison sentence nearly 1 year.

This should not have been allowed to go on so long, it is not natural, the jury should have been discharged and the case reviewed.

We don't know what the issue for the jury is.

They have been asked to bring verdicts on multiple charges so it is possible that they have agreed verdicts on all but one or on some and not others. I would imagine the judge is keen to have verdicts on all but he may well be forced to accept that they cannot decide on all charges.

If that is the case and the judge accepts that then the CPP will have to decide if it is worth retrying the charges where the jury is hung.

Tbh. Couldn’t be bothered. This is too long a case and she will appeal anyway if it’s a guilty verdict. You sound like you’ve made your mind up so not worth discussing any more !

Likely but not proven

I said likely as there will be a reason she is currently in Court. We shall see what the jury finds.

Now it will all come out about her and her past
The fact that nothing was done when suspicion was raised, massive changes in healthcare on the way.

Rip to the poor babies who died and condolences to the families affected
