I'm not sure about being greedy.

I read an article a while back about how managers in the EFL are paid, often they are on far lower salaries then you would think with a 3 month termination clause. I'm sure this will rumble on. Presumably due to pressure and racial connotations, chairman has felt the need to come out and share lots of detail on private discussions that doesn't paint DM in a great light. Wouldn't be surprised if we now heard DM's POV

This cannot be a racial issue. Look at the colour of the Chairman of Sheff. W. It's a nonsense if anyone in the media is suggesting prejudice. Culturally there may have been a difference between the two, one being British, the other Thai. That could have come into play.

I’m not sure there’s much DM could say. He’s clearly being a greedy so & so and has been found out. The detail provided by the chairman is straightforward and rather damning and I’m not sure where DM could go with it.

And was only asking for a (granted large) raise inline with his peers. However silence from his side likely means that the chairman wasn't wide of the mark
