I don't believe fecklessness, irresponsibility and laziness on the part of the general population are the main reasons for SA's parlous state. Above all, it's corruption and greed on the part of the country's political leaders. But, whatever the cause, you may well be right in suggesting that it'll take more than two generations for the system to turn round. After all, the old system of exploitation and oppression had been in place for well over a century.

And now also ghettos full of poor white people. so maybe you can blame government. Government can make people poor. But not rich. People make people rich. Just ask a Premier League player how much of his success came from the Government. what evidence or examples do you have to support the bold text above ? cos i seriously doubt it. In Africa, the poverty starts at the northernmost tip of Tunisia and runs the whole way down to the Cape. And from Senegal in the West to Tanzania in the East.....where is the African Luxembourg ? There is no Windsor nor Cheam in Africa. and never will be.

As with Zimbabwe, they were handed very developed countries, economies and industries and have manged to fritter away the legacy in record time, as well as forcing white farmers and others out of their homes and land.

So much for the Patriarchy and the white mans privilege. The Zimbabwe experience is now playing out in SA. The whole place headed back to the Stone Age in double quick-time.

I obviously don't have any "evidence" for what may or may not happen in the future. Like you, I can only make surmises.

They are fully indoctrinated and their zealotry has no limit save actually suffering any negative consequences for themselves. Like a Democrat voting Californian complaining about his state who then moves to Florida and continues voting Democrat.....that type. Edited by Stirlingsays (17 Jun 2023 3.30pm)

However, I'm glad we are out of there (though the third world is being mass imported here). They should run themselves like everybody else. We knew all these inherent problems a hundred years ago. There was wisdom in the past that was far more realistic though it's demonised today....it's the lies of liberalism that ultimately end up worsening the lives of the most vulnerable by ignoring the realities of nature.
