I'm not sure that Irish independence is a bad concept, just the methods employed to achieve it. Lennon was clever, but he was also naive when it came to human nature.

Half my family are Ulster Scots so I'm not exactly objective on this matter. Yep, I make you right about Lennon. Edited by Stirlingsays (10 Jun 2023 2.29pm)

Looks like your UFO stuff might be starting to bear fruit. Mind you Musk said he'd never heard of evidence for aliens.....but that could be because he is one. Obviously that's a joke....he's an African American.

Apologies. I mistook your humour for stupidity. But since I missed out a whole ass in assassination, I'm in no position to judge right now. No you’re right, stupidity is about right, it’s what I do best Now if it was the so called moon landings conspiracy theories, I would be much more interested, that does fascinate me

The more interesting question is why we haven't been back for 50 plus years. The boring answer is that there was no point, given the enormous cost.

Well something is clearly going on, and if you look at it historically, it seems very unlikely that we had technology like has apparently been tracked by the military, especially decades ago, unless we stole it from the ETs. I am a believer because of what I have seen and heard with my own eyes and ears.

I would be nice to visit Stirling one day.....But the actual Stirlings of my name reside in Belfast....very Orange....I find myself getting very Ian Paisley when I'm up there. Not that there is much point, the English from Blair turned their backs on them. I sometimes tell them to come back to Scotland or England, but that's being given away by traitors as well. Even the Irish sold out....all the fighting was completely pointless. Edited by Stirlingsays (10 Jun 2023 7.29pm)

I am a believer because of what I have seen and heard with my own eyes and ears. I think I saw something once, back in my twenties.....but I was probably pissed. I'm open minded about it, advanced alien life is very likely....the only question is the possibility of travelling those great distances....or is it future versions of humans....you know all the speculation and fun of the fair. I helped run an old pub once, back in those twenties and I can definitely confirm that there's something to ghosts, don't know what though....I would regularly hear children's voices and running up and down stairs in a detached building which was empty, get there and it would stop....lights would get turned on in empty rooms, a window would open in a particular room that was kept locked. Lots of stuff like that. Edited by Stirlingsays (10 Jun 2023 7.58pm)

I'm open to evidence, but I struggle with any ideas about an afterlife unless there is some otherworldly science involved.
