I am afraid that Mr Crooks is suffering from Victim Mentality, which has been banged on about in the press and elsewhere, whereby if you are a person of colour then your life is automatically inferior to that of a comparable person who is white. The fact that Palace have a near complete coloured team, and the player that Mr Crooks chose (Eze) is a person of colour, is irrelevant; Hodgson is white and is in charge of a squad of mostly black players. Therefore it is reminiscent of slave owner and slaves. Obviously the fact that Mr Lineker has been supported in his 'off-topic' comments recently, means that Mr Crooks feels that he can do the same.

Garth Crooks often demonstrates an insistence for giving his opinion despite it offering no insight or remote demonstration of intelligence however I have found his latest comments offensive.

To anybody remotely informed this is an insult to somebody still in employment, a mockery of his age (75) and potentially a personal, subjective and a not only highly ignorant but juvenile and bitter statement. It's offensive, ignorant and ludicrous he remains in your employment, I would strongly suggest my cat has more interesting and informative insight to offer on footballing matters. At the very least he will launch less personal attacks on the elderly.

These guys earn more in a week than some do in a year. They are extremely fortunate that football economics means that they can become multi-millionaires for kicking a little ball around a field.
