You missed out the Tory bit as it only appears to be their ministers who are C units !
These CS workers are really not doing their own long term job prospects any good but point scoring at work normally backfires.

There are only Tory ministers, because they're in Government and running things. The report finds Raab guilty , and that's good enough for me. People who 'manage' like the Raab was doing, are very much corporate dinosaurs. You get a much more efficient and competent workforce by managing using different methods to those of previous generations. In fact, managers who come into a job, and immediately start re-organising and berating staff are just failing. Good managers have a far more considered approach these days. I took a Civil Service entrance exam around 30 years ago, and they are really difficult questions (I failed). And nowhere on the exam sheet did it ask about your political allegiances. Getting rid of Raab is probably doing the Tory's a big favour in removing a huge liability, where they now stand a better chance of working constructively with the Civil Service. The Tories have been in power for decades, so start blaming the CS now for things, is a bit rich when they've had plenty of time to sort whatever problems might exist. I disengage, I turn the page.

The report does not state anywhere he bullied anyone. Maybe abrasive and demanding. If we applied the same standards to professional sports then there would be many PL managers out on their ear. Is raising your voice in a meeting now a sackable offence? It's all perception, how would these standards work in the armed forces?
