Apparently problems with the 3 network. I use ID mobile which uses that so maybe why I heard nothing.

I switched off my phone's Emergency alerts so as not to disturb my nap. It worked, but when I switched back on later (in case Putin decides to nuke us tomorrow) the alarm triggered then, so it was clearly set to test the phone even if it was switched off at the time.

Do they know something we're not being told about?

So the emergency notifications were set up in 2010 in China for natural disasters

Yet for uk it’s 1) if Russia decide to flick a few switches or China decide to fully
Open the Chinese underground police stations 1 in Croydon Arcade & 1 in Norwood
