In my neck of the woods : 1. Waiting whilst the level crossing gates are down.There are two level crossings in quite close proximity.On occasions one has to wait for 1,2 or sometimes 3 trains to pass. 2. There is a road of just under 3.5 miles called 'Long Furlong'.
