Poor on the part of Labour and incorrect Sunak has never said those things whilst Starmer when he was in charge at the DPP oversaw some of those cases so is actually more culpable.

Judges are given discretion and often make decisions that the public don't like but unless Sunak actually came out in favour of not jailing these scum it's a just mud slinging.
