From what I gather, saints have been awful and boo’d by their own fans, we should have had more goals and the better run of play but now at 1-1 on the back foot. Us failing to score when we should and control a game, inspiring a theoretically beatable team to get a goal and very easily a result in against us. It’s a good job this doesn’t happen too often or you’d start to question the manager, players and investment into the team. Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

It’s a good job this doesn’t happen too often or you’d start to question the manager, players and investment into the team.

We should have been more than one up with Ayew having a bit of a stinker, somehow missing the target from 5-yards out and wasting several opportunities on the break to get other players away. Ward also poor and now he's on a booking perhaps should be hooked. On the plus side Olise playing really well. Hughes is also everywhere, making himself available, keeping it simple and linking up the play well. We had a 10/15 minute spell where we were playing some great stuff and then for some reason we slipped back into bad habits. Southampton are level because of a fluke. Their only real threat came from the wind which got an assist for the goal. If we don't beat them then there are questions to be asked because outside of JWP's free-kicks they are truly awful.
