Everton are total crap, never mind luka for Doucoure, they won't fancy Edouard, Wilf, Eze, Olise or Ayew, 3-1 Palace, in the bag

Didn't see any of them shining against Leicester.

We have not won in the last 7 games at Goodison Park, the last win being back in 2014.
This will be a stern test and it could well end in a 1-1 draw.
I am not expecting a victory.

I do hate it when I agree with you. Back to reality on the politics page.

No Doucoure is not good at all, especially with the backup options available. We will get completely overrun in midfield.

The only thing that gives me hope, is that Everton were absolutely awful against Newcastle during the week.

Would be great to see Palace win, with Lampard and Gerrard getting the boot in the same week.

They were playing away at Newcastle and only lost 1-0.
At home Everton have only lost twice, both single goal defeats to Chelsea and Man Utd.
I will be very surprised if we emerge with a victory.Whilst I had predicted a 1-1 draw I am now of the opinion that Everton could well win the game, given that Doucoure will be missing.

I think Everton will be 2-0 up at half time, and we will score 3 in the second half to win 3-2, and then the Everton fans will invade the pitch, and someone will lay out Lampard with an upper cut.

Boussshhh!!!

Not missed too much, though, if it means our first away league win of the season.

Nah, but with Doucoure on the pitch, 0-5 would have improved our goal difference.
With our new found energy the other night we will run them ragged.
That of course assumes whatever was consumed at half time the other night is fed in copious quantities pre match tomorrow.

I think this will be a very tight game but one where we should have plenty of the ball. Lets just hope we can score a couple.

You did predict that, and I have been meaning to comment on such an uncharacteristically un-negative stance. But normal service now resumed, so no further comment needed.

I suspect the effect of the tablets had worn off when I predicted a draw.
A fresh dose has resumed normal service.

Without Doucoure, this is, to me, a home banker

Of the teams struggling, Everton have looked by far the most accomplished. They have only lost one game by more than a goal - away to Tottenham courtesy of a penalty and a late goal - and as well as Spurs have already faced Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd. and Newcastle.

They struggle to score but Calvert=Lewin is due one. 2-0

Cannot see us winning this one. Everton have improved especially defence and are at home and we are without Doucoure. 2-1 defeat at best.COYP
