Basketball players seem quite athletic.
There was an interview with Kanu when he was at Arsenal in which he was congratulated on his skillfulness for "a big man" his answer was that he learned to play when he was small and got big later.

And Scott Dann as 6ft 2! If true, just goes to show!

Another coupe valid points there too Teddy.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Dixie Dean - 60 goals in the top division. Could he break the record at City? Probably run out of steam, who knows?

Dean was far more skillful. I can't imagine 60 in 38 games but I guess it's possible.

And he ended up a postman. I don't think Haaland will asking you to sign for a special delivery when he retires to his mansion.

Not sure about that.

Would seem as though every delivery I get these days is booted over my garden fence.

He's making the Striker position look easy. no mean feat.

he's at the perfect club for his Talents, and is one of The most composed finishers I think I've ever seen. Add that to the fact Man City team create chances like McVities create biscuits - by the bucket load - and he's onto a winner.
We all thought Aguero was good, this guys is going to break all records with Man City.

all of that.

Plus the added benefit that a, Sergio Ramos type, thug would find it difficult to bully a 6'5" Terminator.

The Dixie Dean years where football was completely different.
Scores of 9-3, 8-2 were common place ( bit like the current woman's game ). 0-0 draw was once-a-season occurrence.

If Haaland scores 40, he will be exceptional. 50 goals - something to go down in history.
