As I said in my original post there was bound to be names that other posters put up that I hadn't thought of. I can't believe I had to leave out Ambrose, Michael Hughes and Cabaye. Peter Taylor might even had made my side, but his management spell has tarnished his reputation for me unfortunately (and probably unfairly).
