I see 2 countries have pulled out of the Eurovision due to the rising costs, Russia is banned and was a big contributor.

But not to worry the BBC and the UK taxpayer will no doubt step in.

When asked by Andrew Marr about Russia pulling out, Putin replied, "you didn't take long making your mind up about the war and I'm going to boom bang a bang as much as I like.
