Unless Sir Keir discovers his inner bolshevik I am afraid labour are not going to reset society. That's really what it needs. A quiet socialist revolution. Not blood and thunder but a regeneration similar to Attlee after WW2, updated to the present world.

Yes, we need to hit rock bottom Steeleye, with even the third of the country that doff cap getting hit hard, very hard in them and their childrens inheritance pocket- before -with the help of a general strike or similar go slow, having a look at whats gone on! Sir Keir isn"t the man to do it, although i would take anyone , anyone at all, over lizzy- obvs not bungle, but any other party or coalition! I have given up on the people, head in sand types, lots of them about, and am just enjoying seeing the 4x4"s disappearing off the drives!

Ok, well its gone up 17k since 2010, about 20% pay rise while others havent budged, not bad indeed! Annually they're paid £10,000 less than Eduoard gets per week. How much do you think they should be paid? Unless, of course, you're in favour of MPs being independently wealthy enough not to need payment.

I wonder, Cryrst, if you would ever support any strike under any circumstances. Please don't think I'm being aggressively antagonistic. It's not that but simply a desire to know. Well give me a scenario and I could answer. Being in the private sector my protection is a bit less than the public sector so it would need to be a bloomin good reason tbh.

With respect, you've not really answered my question which is would ever support a strike under any circumstances? To be clear, it's not would you support a strike and do so yourself bu is there any strike that you would support at any time or are you against them ever?

It's not are there any circumstances that would make you go on strike but could there be any circumstances where you would agree with a strike by anyone else? Sorry for not making myself clear. Shocking isn"t it, and a nurse annually gets £65000 less than EduOard earns in a week, you will be in favour of strikes at this rate teddy- fair play!
