Appalling.
The club certainly values its corporate customers, those paying for corporate and premium packages ! Speronis, Corporate Box etc etc etc !! Some might argue that these are the only ones that the club values !
The manager appears to have been sending out 'Distress signals' about the squad being short on mumbers etc etc.
A challenging season lies ahead, all very dispressing.

I’d be interested to know if anyone has got through to the Box Office over the last 2 days including call-back?
Surely it’s not beyond the wit of man to bring in extra staff to cover the phones a week before season starts.

The customer service is shockingly bad. All Parish seems to worry about is money. He needs to go back to basics. The man has plummeted in my estimation.

Oh come on Willo. We all know that the Box Office is absolute rubbish, but it's a bit early even by your standards to start ringing the bells of doom.

I wonder if Sharon Lacey, Director of Operations is starting to worry about job security. What a mess she presides over. Having said that there’s also a Director of Ticketing. What a waste of space that guy is.

Having trouble getting my e-ticket for the Arsenal game. Same thing happened last season with the Arsenal fixture. Seems to be an ongoing issue?

Mates OAP ST card hasn't arrived. Spent 3 hrs on the phone! Seems like most kids and OAP tickets are not being sent.

Its not like he can "pop in" to the box office to collect it. He lives in Bristol. So does he come tomorrow on the off chance that the incompetence can be sorted in person?

He's not taking the chance. He thinks the queue for the box office will be miles long. He could be right. Its rather a long way to come to end up watching it in a pub.

What other entertainment event treats its paying customers like this? If this was a one off it could be accepted, but it's happening at the start of every season.

My direct debit for my season ticket has bounced for some reason. Have tried for 2 days to contact them to pay it. Many emails and countless calls not answered. Anyone know if my ST will be barred from entry tomorrow.
Box office this past 2 weeks has been scandalous

Mate and I ordered tickets for Liverpool away. Both of us haven't received tickets up to now by mail. Sent them an E-Mail asking to prepare duplicates for collection at Anfield as we are leaving tomorrow for Liverpool. No reply to my E-Mail. Tried to reach them on the phone to no avail. So I travel tomorrow without any tickets or confirmation that we can collect them at Anfield.

I’ve currently have two spares, assuming they don’t sell (face value and to Palace fans only with decent posting history) and If I go (not 100% right now owing to work issues) then I can meet you on Monday early evening - assuming you haven’t received them by then. Shouldn’t be like this though should it - terrible from the box office yet again.
