That's my understanding too. According to the Club they have been forced down the route of loading season tickets onto mobile phones by the Premier League. Last season the Club found they were having to issue pdf's on a regular basis to supporters who couldn't attend matches and now want to charge for this service. Supporters, who have no say in this at all, then have to cough up an additional charge of £50 per ticket if they want to pass their ticket to family members or anyone else. If you only do this a few times a season, the cost is prohibitive. Very short sighted.

Selling the pair for £114 (Ticket Face Value £57 x2) E-Tickets sent to the buyer via email.
