Good question....just why is this fridge better than my modern fridge? And I might add my fridge is a pretty good fridge if I don't say so myself. [Tweet Link]

[Tweet Link]All to do with banning the gas they used back then and increasing the insulation. Bottom line today's fridges maybe more "efficient" but they have a lot less internal space.
