I don't want Liverpool to win.

As for those late to the stadium, the opening song that woman was performing should scare them away.

It's nearly as bad as Poloma Faith absolutely mullahing "World In Union" during the Rugby World Cup a few years back

KO delayed twice till 20.30 gates closed for L'pool fans & they are being pepper sprayed. This from Radio5 live reporters who are stuck outside trying to get in. This could turn nasty if it hasnt already.

Hopefully a five year ban for them.

Sorry.have I missed something here? Victims of what?

They boo the National Anthem because of the Royal Family's lack of, or belated, sympathy, after the Hillsborough Stadium Disaster, which, apparently, was the fault of the local plod, and not the Liverpool fans arriving late and causing a stampede.

Strange they never seem to memorialise those who died at the Heysal Stadium, something Liverpool fans were largely responsible.

Well, the Scousers have obviously paid the biggest bung to the var officials. The offside goal was a decision that could easily have gone the other way. In the tackle the ball went forward off the Madrid player, back off the first defender and then forward again off the other defender. It could be argued that the Liverpool player passed it to Benzema.

The only way I could see him being offside was if they classed the initial tackle as a pass which is harsh.

The ref in the studio has not helped by saying that even though the last two touches were by a Liverpool player it is still offside. Why is it that I don’t think we would get that decision as the defensive team if we were at Anfield.

It appears if the last touch is deemed accidental ie a deflection then it is offside. I did not know that

I sort of agree with that but the last two touches were off Liverpool players in different directions. Surely the change of direction must initiate a new phase of play.

If they do win I hope it's on penalties after a 0-0 then they'll have won three trophies in a season without having scored in any of the finals.

Klopp's record in cup finals is woeful.

Not that I have any admiration for Madrid. It's a bit nuts they're pretty much financed by the Spanish tax payer!
