Although don't forget, we have three days to prepare for the Man U game after Everton. From what I can see, they have a full week. Could well play a part.

They have had all season to prepare for games and they are still s***e.

Hopefully United won’t give a monkeys about the last game, just like our last game against them in 1991 when we stuffed them 3-0. Although to be fair, they did have the cup winners cup final a few days later so you couldn’t blame them.

Unlikely given that they have to win it to ensure qualification for the Europa League.

Actually Sprites, Man U will have had no fewer than FIFTEEN (15) days to prepare as they haven't played since their thrashing on the South Coast on 7th May.

Also as has been said elsewhere they NEED to win the game to ensure they qualify for the Europa League as opposed to dropping into the European Conference League, which is what will happen if West Ham win in Sussex and Man U lose or draw.

In other words we will probably have a real game on our hands even more so if their new manager is watching.

so we are not guaranteed anything - it is based on a few teams above us not doing that well and of course us getting max points, which IMHO is a big ask.

Clearly there are a number of scenarios that could happen between now and the Sunday evening but as with life nothing is guaranteed

Well they haven’t been bothered all season, even when they had a chance of champions league qualification, so why would they start now? especially as a few of them will be moving on

Unfortunately in 2017 we were soundly beaten 2-0 by their youngest line up in PL history with them having one eye on the Europa League Final the next week. Also they will be well rested compared to us and up for this in order to see of the Spammers. Hopefully it goes your way against them and not the other. Couple of wins last 2 tough games and over 50 points would be a great haul for the season. COYP !!

And almost certainly 9th and very very likely 8th. Palace winning the 2 games is by far the least probable part of it.

FFS you need to get a life - your initial quote mentioned 8th , now you are saying 10th!!

We will not win both games - come back to me if i'm wrong.

It's about time we cracked the top 9. Of clubs that have played as many or more seasons as us in the EPL, all have finished at least as high as 8th once (WBA) and many who have spent less time have achieved at least one higher postition e.g Forest 3rd in 1994/5
