Election fraud is rife in certain areas however impersonation is not the real issue. I suspect that are many people on the electoral register that should not be that is where we need photo id checks. These people either don't exist or are not entitled to vote however as the councils vetting on them rely on their support there is not much of an incentive to weed them out. I checked people's id's when Bromley was part of the pilot it was no big deal and we had no complaints still I doubt it would stop fraud. Bromley hasn’t sold itself, let itself get run down or bankrupt.

It"s just a story to take the heat off bungle, more party fines expected, one CON resigned his post, it"s simmering, so a nice Immigrant story to fill the news is ideal, I wouldn"t bank on one regugee going to Rwanda, but time will tell. The navy getting involved instead ofthe rnli only insures the boat people will be picked up and delivered to Dover in a bit more comfort, the idea of them overturning a dingy by getting to close that was rumoured last year is poppycock, they are professional seamen and women and will escort the refugees in a bit more style.

Yawn. They have been planning this for months. What matters is if it deters traffickers and their customers from attempting to come to Britain when there are closer options available.

Yawn?Have you just woken up from the dark ages? Crawled from under a rock? I doubt the people smugglers will be losing any sleep over bungle and Pritis ideas, they probably have them in the palm of their hands, Priti loves a pound note! You go on believing any press snippet that bungle lets you get off on, Pritis giant hairdryer probably had your interest- but it was pure fantasy- still, if it makes you feel better, drink it in! As I have said, I doubt one refugee will ever see Rwanda, not a bad return for £120 million in this CONservatives free spending world!

You only participate in threads that allow you to vent your views about race And no, I think of you constantly. We are constantly told how migrants are holding up a declining labour force due to our low birth rates. Why is it then that our services and housing cannot cope with the numbers here already? One can argue that not enough has been done to aid these needs, but wasn't immigration supposed to be the answer to all our problems? Wasn't the population as a whole supposed to benefit? I think it is fairly obvious that the opposite has happened. We are all worse off due to high house prices, stagnant and now regressing incomes and the increased cost of supporting the welfare state which is ever increasingly burdened with the cost of housing refugees. The immigration bubble is clearly about to burst and perhaps finally, politicians will realize what I have been saying for years. It is unsustainable. The population does not have to keep swelling to sustain our economy. In fact, it is the root cause of many of our 21st century problems.
