2-0 Leicester, we are due an off day, get it over with before the semi final, they are due an on day and are at home.

I too believe we will fall short today as we will have one eye on the semi-final.
We certainly do not want injuries to key players which will keep them out of the Chelsea game, particularly in central defence.

This really is glass completely empty fretting. It's a two-horse race so of course it could go either way. But PV has a good-sized squad of decent players and Vardy is still out. So to win they will likely have to put two goals past a team who has just accomplished four clean sheets, one of them being free-scoring City.

Whereas we may 'have our eye' on the SF, Chelsea will have to play their absolute best team against Madrid to stay in the CL.

Everyone trained apart from Nathan (!) who took a step back (!!). That must put Olise in the frame

Spot on, 3-0 COYP

I hope not mate, but I too get that creepy feeling that a bad result is imminent when things have been going well!

We have won 3 of our last 5 PL games but in none of them have we been behind and come back to win.Should Leicester take the lead we will face a different challenge.

(I researched this - I'm not being clever!)

We have never scored in our final match before an FA Cup semi-final, so the omens are not good. On the other hand, we've never had as much as a week between the final match and the semi, so maybe there is some hope:

1976 CPFC 0 Millwall 0 (4 days before the semi)
1990 Norwich 2 CPFC 0 (4 days)
1995 CPFC 0 Aston Villa 0 (5 days)
2016 Man U 2 CPFC 0 (4 days)

If this sequence continues, we are due a 0-0 against Leicester followed by a semi-final defeat.

The last time palace played on my birthday (I think ) we beat Arsenal 3-0 at SP. I’m hoping for a repeat of that! Plus I never normally tell anyone it’s my birthday but I’m that shallow currently so thought I’d announce it on here too

Of course, COYP!!!!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!
