Hectic start - sort of game Will Hughes would be well suited to.

Yes, not a good start. Get back 4 to stop pissing about with backward and sideway passes. We shouldn't get complacent. Everton are the same team that beat an improved Newcastle recently.

10 minutes in and I'm feeling very uncomfortable about this game right now.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

We've been 2nd best in virtually every challenge.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Thought we’d be nervous for this one. We’ll settle into it.

Townsend has injured himself due to the little-seen breathtaking intensity of his play at Selhurst Park.

That looked a weird one. The pitch might have had something to do with it. That needs sorting out. Our players are on it for every home game
