I won the FA Cup with Hereford in Championship Manager 2000, so sent my CV in. I have an interview next week but am holding out for the Magpies.

I didn't realise it had drawn criticism. Or is it that it's going to be covered by tiles made from grained foliated metamorphic rock mined in Wales or Cornwall?

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Solskjaer is available, no compensation to be paid and use to dealing with under performing players and supporters with delusions of grandeur.

The job is made for Pardew, currently lingering at 50/1 in the betting. He could be the dark horse to take Everton down.
That other no user Howe is doing a fine job in getting Newcastle relegated, which is his specialty.

PFFT . . .

Best slate comes from Cumbria!

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

I'd have thought Steven Gerrard was perfect for the job. Track record of success like Everton haven't seen in years and local boy too. :-)

Sydenham by birth. Selhurst by the Grace of God.

Thanks; I didn't know that. Geographically/logistically I guess Cumbria trumps Cornwall, as does North Wales.

Conte could be looking for a job

"Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has called on the club to deliver his January transfer requests.

Conte says he has analysed the squad and informed Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and managing director of football Fabio Paratici of which positions he wants to strengthen.

Tottenham have had no incoming or outgoing transfers this month.

"I've made evaluations about the squad. I have spoken with the club and I hope the club will listen to me," he said."

Daniel Levy not getting his wallet out, didn't see that coming.
