Rent should be linked to income if somebody starts out on low income does well and then is earning a good salary if they won't move out then their rent should be adjusted to market rate.

One positive for Labour from this entire Chinese Spy debacle though is that they finally get a double whammy of not only having a woman leader but an ethnic to boot. Truly progressive.
