Trouble is, you know as well as i do, there will be morons on both sides looking for it, along with 'outsiders' maybe(?). Lets hope for a good old fashioned 'blood n guts' cup game & may the best team win.

If these groups want trouble they’ll probably find it but very much doubt anything will happen in or around the ground. Maybe at LB it might be a bit iffy but the early kick off means there shouldn’t be too many pissed up, which can sometimes add a risk. Should be a good game. Looking forward to it. Sold out now.

Word is Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, Jay Rich-Baghuelou, James Taylor, Scott Banks and Malachi Boateng are all training with the first team so could be on the bench? With Zaha, Kouyate and Ayew all away for AFCON this is the perfect time for some of the U23s to make a claim.

The U18's are at home to Norwich on Sat ko 12.30 so, i would assume Omilabu would be playing for them, the U23's are away to Everton on Mon ko 19.00. This is live on PalaceTV+ for those that have it.

Spoke to my Millwall mates they got their excuses in first. Apparently half the team have COVID they rest are the walking wounded. I don't believe it they always give us a game. 3-1 to the Place.

Take that line up all day long and think if so we would have enough in the tank to prevail. Be good to see Ferguson get some game time. COYP !!

There isn't really a positive for us here. Unless we hit 5 - which we won't - we're only going to look like we were vulnerable. It will be a tough game. I'm pretty confident that Vieira and the players will get the significance, but you just never quite know until the game kicks off. If we scrape a 1:0 or 2:0 it will be largely unheralded and yet in reality, a really good result. For those sad c***s it's the be all and end all of their s***ty 21/22 existence. It kind of reminds me of last summer when England drew 0:0 with Scotland. The result was blown up as this disaster for England, when a draw had little consequence to what would happen in the following weeks. Yet Scotland took it as some incredible achievement. Ironically, the draw was more damaging to the Scots. They needed a win, and went out as a result of their failure to get one. It magnifies the inadequacy of the 'underdog' when a mundane result is lauded as some kind of achievement. If a 0:0 is your finest hour, then you need to sort your history out. Trying hard and still being s*** is failure not success.
Well said, Agree

Millwall have a habit of being difficult to beat at home, we should have enough to win but by no means guaranteed!

Hoping to see Eze and Olise both start. And some game time for couple of youngsters in 2nd half.

I don't wish to be a wet blanket, but to be honest I can't see the point of trying to predict the outcome of a match when we haven't a clue as to what line-up either side will put out. I think if you are going to lose players to the AFCON you play your next strongest team and deliver a result playing the way you always have with the players you got - with the exception that Eze gets a game to bring himself closer to match fitness. Eze for Schlupp
