I went for 3-0 and we would need an early goal to set us on our way. Something that we haven’t been able to do this season. But I’m confident we will roll them over!

Burnley had success against the old Palace. Usually a physical slugfest between 2 defensive teams, a lack of quality ensuring one of the later slots on MOTD. We have changed into a younger, leaner, meaner,and more offensive unit. I predict we will put them to the sword 0-3.

I think both teams will score as mentioned already as we have not been great at defending set pieces and i can't see us not scoring with the front line and pace we have. Although Burnley got a point against Chelsea they really should have been well beaten.

I think Lawro predicted correctly in our games against Chelsea and Liverpool, but you don’t need to be Einstein to call those ones out. Apart from that he might have got a draw correct, but most of the time he has been wide of the mark. The money is on a draw as Burnley start well, so a 1 nil lead to them at half time, but we fight back as we do to earn a point! Still think we will bang them 3-0!

I cannot see us losing to Burnley, especially not they way we are playing at the moment. I believe PV is bringing Eze along for a day out too so not sure we will miss MacArthur too much at all 3 nil palace and one of those goals will be an own goal lol!

I have a horrible feeling about tomorrow. A draw would be a good result in my view. Burnley are a bit of a bogey team for us, have hit decent form recently and we are due a surprise result which isn't in our favour Praying I am wrong but would be delighted with a point.
Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that. |
