Hoping that the football gods smile on us for once and we get a positive result, they haven't lately so a good performance but a defeat by a couple of goals is the most likely outcome.

Think we will give them a game, but still 3-0 to the home team.

The top 3 teams are mind blowing. They are probably the best 3 teams in Europe, maybe the world. Unfortunately although we are progressing very well, we have to accept at the moment that losing 2-O to City will be creditable. If we can score it will be a bonus.

I'm probably way wide of the mark here, but We defend pretty well in open play, If we can hold them at bay here, and keep enough Possession ourselves that allows us to have a few chances, we could get something out of this game.
our Problem is going to be not conceding too many corners or free kicks in dangerous areas.

think we can score, no doubt they will at some point.

My head says lose 3-1, but I have hope that we can upset the odds and change this.

"It was a Team effort, I guess it took all players working together to lose this one"

They're not brilliant up front, we have to pack the midfield and constantly press for 90 minutes. Do that and we can possibly draw or lose by the odd goal. I guess there's a tiny chance of a win. We're not a bad side. No silly mistakes gifting them a goal will help.

We have to expect a loss and move on, anything else will be an unexpected bonus and then look to the game against Wolves to get the win we desperately need!

Should have won the last 3. Can't see us getting anything in this.

I do think we'll make a fight of it.

I might put a tenner on us, just in case.
You never know.

Got odds of 20/1 on a Palace win.

Let's just get it out the way and move on.

Yes. 0 - 3 just like Chelsea (deserved) and Liverpool (less so)

Aren't they? Trouble is they score from goalie up.

We will be there in hope rather than expectation. Hope we have a real go and give them a game and if we get anything from the game it will be a real bonus.

I think City win this but I dont think they will thrash us. In fact I have a feeling we may frustrate them for long periods.

As already mentioned the last of the top 3 to play away and going by thatbrule of thumb we are going lose 3-0 BUT I think we are playing with a more settled team

Maybe see how City get on at West Ham tmrw and how many of their first choice team play.

If Eze is back on the bench and maybe Zaha and one of Benteke/Eduoard and Olise, then think we are at full strength.

Not seen City play except v Liverpool so don't know how good they are at the moment but think we can get something. We have to go with that attitude anyway

Viera and Olise will have added incentive to do well there having been there previously
