More creativity in mid-field needed.

Someone to hold the ball instead of all this one touch passing that a massed defence is picking off.

I'd risk Hughes for Luka and bring Zaha on for Benteke who has leaden legs compared to Edouard.

Good stream eagleman, have noticed the ground looks a bit fuller than the last few games.Still waiting for a tea towel clad pitch invader with the journalists facemask on!

Absolutely dominated them and played well. Just need to get that goal and Newcastle will have to come out a bit more.

Olise looks great and nice that we've got some genuine options to come off of the bench if needed.

Any that sadly is why Benteke gets SO much stick!

Supposedly brilliant in the air (I remain unconvinced) and that miss was just absolutely criminal. Free header from 5 yards out and he doesn't even hit the target. I desperately hope that doesn’t cost us because we’ve been by far the better team but chances have been few and far between

Hilarious pre-match, the camera was showing banners in the crowd. Someone in the Palace end unfurled an anti-Saudi banner, and the camera zoomed in on it for like 5 seconds before realizing the message, then suddenly the camera pans away from it. haha!

I'd like to see more shots at goal and more decent crosses. Newcastle are closing down quite well though.

Let's hope PV gives them a bit more bite.

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

79% possession! Newcastle basically accepting that their best hope is to throw everyone behind the ball and hope ASM or Wilson can create something from nothing.

If it wasn't for the Saudis I'd feel sorry for the toon as they're awful to watch. Basically a lot like us last season.

Maybe because they've opened it up to anyone to get a ticket and, to be sure, a tea-towel invader will appear when the toon get the breakaway goal they are hoping for.

Need a bit more zip. Everything seems to be into feet and pedestrian passes.

Zaha coming on will add another dynamic in movement.

Newcastle are playing a low block with hopes of a counter with ASM as the main outlet; feels a bit weird being on the end of it and trying to break down the other team!

Agree we are letting Newcastle all get back in position and have a breather while we pass it around the back. We need to be driving straight at them while they are back peddling.

I would like to see Schlupp and Zaha on early for Benteke and Luka.
