I would think they were so daring due to the lack of CCTV in such an area. Don't know Richmond Park but it is a very large space. Unless somewhere they were caught on camera getting ready or starting out, the location gives them a chance whereas in Croydon High St for example the place would be swarming with police in minutes.

They have caught them on cctv, but not in the Park. Images prove nothing and presumably moped is stolen Edited by Spiderman (13 Oct 2021 1.35pm)
